School resumes after the Carnival break on Ash Wednesday – half day, with our school attending Mass at 11:00am.

However, this year, Assumption Church has informed us that their Mass schedule does not allow us to host our own Ash Wednesday Mass. Given this and historically low attendance on Ash Wednesday, we have decided *not to have school on Ash Wednesday* this year.

While Ash Wednesday is not a Holy Day of Obligation, it marks the beginning of Lent, and we encourage families to take their children to Mass and participate in this important observance.
